In France, Xiaomi is currently offering its Electric Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen) for sale. Other EU nations should soon follow suit. The scooter from the second generation has a larger capacity battery for a longer range than the scooter from the first generation. Together with an integrated display, there’s a 390W peak power motor.
With product listings indicating the model is headed soon to other countries like Spain and Sweden, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen) is currently available in France. Price leaks followed the model’s initial appearance on the company’s worldwide website earlier this year.
The Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen) can climb hills up to 15% thanks to its 300W rated power motor, which can reach a maximum speed of 25 kph (~16 mph). Its peak power is 390W. The model’s range is increased from 20 km (~12 miles) to 25 km (~16 miles) thanks to a larger 9,600 mAh battery.
You can see both your speed and the amount of battery left on an integrated display. Additionally, the Xiaomi Home app’s Bluetooth connectivity enables you to observe more details and remotely lock the scooter. Drum brakes, E-ABS, 10″ pneumatic tires, and front and rear lights are additional features. With its fold, the model can be folded in half, measuring 530 x 1141 x 440 mm, or approximately 20.9 x 44.9 x 17.3 inches.
The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen) will ship between May 13 and May 27 and is currently available for purchase in France for €299.00. Pricing for Sweden and other European nations has not yet been disclosed, but it has been confirmed that the model will retail for the same price in Spain.
