By acquiring C2 Solutions, an IT firm, Intellias expands its footprint in the US market.

The American IT business C2 Solutions has been acquired by Intellias. It specializes in medical devices and digital health and was established in 2010. Intellias made the deal announcement.

Technology services with an emphasis on strategy development, engineering, data architecture, testing, and user experience design are what C2 Solutions claims to offer to its clients.

In addition, it was listed among Minnesota’s fastest-growing companies in the American annual Fast 50 ranking.
Additionally, as the company’s workload grows, Intellias will be able to hire more experts from abroad and in Ukraine.
The C2 Solutions team will be incorporated into the organisational structure of the business, according to Intellias. Sharing knowledge and skills will be the main focus for both sides. Giving C2 colleagues every chance for career and professional development, as well as integrating Intellias’ corporate culture and values, are also top priorities.

In the Ukrainian IT scene, Intellias is one of the biggest players. At present, 3,200 experts are employed by it across 14 nations. The business creates cutting-edge solutions for customers in the telecommunications, retail, financial services, mobility, and high tech sectors. Products, cloud services, AI/ML, DevOps, IoT, data analytics, etc. are among the areas in which the company is skilled.
This is Intellias’ second M&A deal that has gone well. It bought an IT company with its headquarters in the UK in the fall of 2022. The business is known as Digitally Inspired and focuses on the e-commerce and retail sectors.
