Springboard, an expert in the design and development of medical devices for regulated markets, has been acquired by Sanner Group, a manufacturer of healthcare packaging and a medical device Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).
The purchase of Springboard is consistent with Sanner Group’s objective to develop a portfolio of services for its clients in the medical device, diagnostic, and drug delivery industries. With the help of Springboard, Sanner Group will be able to develop medical devices internally and open a new Design Center of Excellence in the UK.

Springboard is an expert in the fields of respiratory, surgical, critical care, implantables, diagnostics, and biotechnology. It also provides equipment and consumables for these areas. Drug delivery devices include autoinjectors, infusion pumps, inhalers, and syringes.

A key component of Sanner Group’s plan to strengthen its CDMO operations in the field of medical technology and diagnostics is the acquisition of Springboard. The center of this will be the new Design Center of Excellence by Sanner Group.
