Walmart’s stock split is disclosed to RoboMarkets’ clientele.

Walmart’s stock split has been communicated to its clientele by retail FX and CFD broker RoboMarkets.

Walmart’s stock is scheduled to split on February 26, 2024. Through a corporate action known as a stock split, the company lowers the value of each share by the same multiplier while increasing the number of issued shares by the same multiplier.

One share will be split into three by Walmart in a 3-for-1 stock split.

Please take note of the following modifications, which will take effect on February 26, 2024, if you currently hold open positions in Walmart shares or intend to open such positions:

The split process is scheduled for February 26 and will be finished before the US Stock session begins at 16:30 (server time).

The WMT will cancel all pending orders (Purchase Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Limit, Sell Stop, Purchase Stop Limit, Sell Stop Limit, Take Profit, and Stop Loss).

The opening price for WMT positions will be divided by three.

Each open position in WMT will have its volume multiplied by three.

On February 26, the split process is scheduled to be finished before the US Stock session begins at 16:30 (server time).

All active pending orders in WMT and WMT.ny (Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Stop Loss, and Take Profit) will be canceled during the split procedure.

The opening price will be divided by three for positions in WMT and WMT.ny that opened prior to the split.

Three times the total volume of all open positions in WMT and WMT.ny will be applied.

The same direction and account for all positions in any of these instruments will be combined into a single new position. A volume and opening price based on the average weighted price of all positions held prior to the split will be applied to this new position.

Your trading terminal’s historical charts will be updated to show the new prices for the aforementioned instruments.
